User Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and provide a transparent, friction-free process to delete your activities and personal data associated with our Messenger Application.

Method 1: Remove via Facebook Apps and Websites Settings

This is the standard Meta-approved mechanism to remove app permissions:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Scroll down the left-hand side menu and click on Apps and Websites.
3. Locate Anonymous Messenger Matching Bot and click the Remove button next to it.
4. Confirm the removal. This stops the app from receiving webhooks or accessing your public profile.

Method 2: Direct Internal Database Deletion Request

If you want all your internal metrics (Coin balance, campus tags, ratings, and historical system tokens) permanently erased from our MongoDB database, you can trigger a direct request:

• Send an email to our data team at: [EMAIL_CỦA_BẠN@GMAIL.COM]
• Email Subject: Data Deletion Request - Anonymous Bot
• Email Content: Please provide your Facebook Profile Name or Messenger User ID (PSID) so we can locate your record.

Once requested, our team will purge your record completely from our databases within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.
