This Privacy Policy explains how our Facebook Messenger Bot ("App") collects, uses, and protects user data in compliance with Meta Platform Policies and Vietnam's Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data Minimization & Absolute Privacy Principle

We strictly strictly follow the privacy-first principle. We DO NOT store, log, or record any chat messages, conversations, or media sent between matched users on Database or any other persistent storage. Chat interaction data is only processed temporarily in-memory (Redis) to route messages between users and is instantly cleared after the chat session ends.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our Bot and accept our terms, we may collect:

• Facebook Public Profile Data: Facebook ID (PSID), First Name, Last Name, and Profile Picture. (Used strictly for backend operations and verification; never disclosed to your chat partner).
• Self-Declared Information (Progressive Profiling): Gender, Gender Preference, and Campus/School affiliation.
• System Metadata: Coin balance, account status, system logs of events (e.g., matchmaking timestamp, rating stats, report count).

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected data is used solely to provide core features: matching algorithm scores, internal admin dashboard health metrics, community moderation (banned keyword checking on initial messages), and viral reward system attribution. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Users have complete control over their personal data. You can request complete removal of your profile data at any time. Please follow the instructions on our Data Deletion Instructions Page.
